We are near Winthrop University, downtown Rock Hill, The Rock Hill Sports Complex, the Giordana Velodrome, Manchester Meadows, 10 miles to Fort Mill, and 20 miles to Charlotte. Our cottage has 1 queen bed , 1 bath home with additional space for a queen air mattress. The cottage can sleep 4 or five if you want to use the couch as a bed.
